Good Mental Health for Spanish Speakers

In my last blog, I wrote about how the joy of reading has been a comfort during my recovery of back surgery.  Today I walked around my neighborhood for the first time since the surgery.  What a joy it was!  I am also no longer lounging in my jimmie jams.  I now dressed for the day and this has been good for my mental health.

Improving yourself is also good for your mental health. The 2020 version of the Civics Test includes 128 questions about government, history and integrated civics.  Applicants will be asked 20 questions.  The Civics test is an oral test.  An applicant must answer at least 12 of the 20 questions correctly to pass the 2020 version of the civics portion of the Civics Test. One or more of the 20 questions may be about the current people holding different government offices.  Applicants will need to know the names of these people holding the current government offices.
