There is an important Presidential election coming up in November of this year. Are you registered to vote? You must be a US citizen and 18 years old to vote. If you are not registered, you can register on line or by mail. Visit Vote.USA.gov to find out how to register to vote on line. Or you can download the National Mail Voter Registration Form. You can fill it out onscreen and print the completed form, or print the blank form and fill it out by hand. Make sure to sign the form before mailing it to the location listed for your state.

Fisher Hill has a series called English for the Spanish Speaker. This is a four book workbook series for Spanish-speaking teens and adults. In Books 3 and 4 there are lessons about US history and government. Below is a conversation about the executive branch of the government.
